How to Use
FOR HEAT THERAPY: Place in the microwave and heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 30 seconds for the eye mask or 90 seconds for the neck wrap). Always test the temperature of your pack before applying to your skin.
FOR COLD THERAPY: Store in the freezer until ready to use.
